- The client shares his/her wishes, conveyed by sketches, pictures, plan ideas from a plan book, and discussion and determines the approximate size of the home.
- The client commissions RSM to do preliminary drawings and remits a deposit. (minimum of $1000.00)
- RSM delivers a set of preliminary drawings via email.
- Client reviews the preliminary, some small changes can be made. Major changes or second preliminaries will require an additional fee (hourly rate).
- Client approves the preliminary and signs a letter of agreement to proceed and provides an additional deposit.
- Final drawings are presented to the client in about 3 weeks, depending on RSM workload.
- Upon client approval, his structural engineer is provided with copies for review.
- After final drawings are received by the client, final payment is due.
